CFRTP 'MAKOTO' mini F1 We made the original mini F1 car "Makoto" with CFRTP (thermoplastic carbon fiber reinforced plastic) and aluminum.	CFRTP Mini F1 Car Makoto ~ Run! We made a prototype EV (electric vehicle) by mounting a motor on the original mini F1 car "Makoto" made of CFRTP (thermoplastic carbon fiber reinforced plastic) and aluminum.
Developmentt support & Production preparation assistance We manufacture prototype parts in a short delivery time. We manufacture prototype press dies in-house. We manufacture resin injection molds. We are conducting research and development on molding using composite materials. We support customers' development and production preparation.	Sample product molding with hot stamping system A sample product of an automobile center pillar was molded with a hot stamping system consisting of AP & T's 3-stage electric furnace + transfer robot device + 1000t hydraulic press.
Press molding using cold 1.5 GPa ultra-high-strength steel plate (ultra-high-tensile steel) Press molding using cold 1.5 GPa ultra-high-strength steel plate (ultra-high-tensile steel). We took the material data in-house and newly input it into the press molding analysis software to manufacture it.	ATOS ScanBox 8260 (optical 3D coordinate measurement system) We have introduced an optical 3D coordinate measurement system (ATOS ScanBox8260) specialized for BIW COMP. * Shooting with a commercial vehicle
Transform an aluminum plate into a chair-Assembly a full-scale origami chair We made a full-scale aluminum origami chair by fusing the metal processing technology of Asano Co., Ltd. and the design algorithm of Nature Architects, a venture company from the University of Tokyo.	Laser scanner welding is used to join pressed products at high speed. High-speed welding of SUS laminated press products (sample products) with a laser scanner welding head (TRUMPF PFO-3D galvano mirror). Weld penetration of the joint is confirmed by a macro test.
Cutting carbon fiber laminates using a water jet We support cutting of carbon fiber laminated materials such as CFRTP with a water jet cutter using the abrasive jet method.	Large press molding with a 2000t hydraulic press machine We manufacture large parts such as sheet metal and composite materials with a 2000t hydraulic press machine.
