      In this rapidly changing environment, the previously customarily-used steel is being replaced with other materials in various industries.

      ASANO has many years of experience in prototype sheet metal stamping, a Resin Department that excels at precision resin injection molds, and system and production equipment that shares each other's expertise to create creative molds and produce products.

      We also provide customer development support by actively accepting secondary processing of next-generation materials. In particular, we took in CFRTP / composite materials before they were available on the market, and have molding expertise for various materials such as continuous fiber woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, and chopped sheets, etc.

      We also have a data logging function to provide test data.

      Even ribs and bosses can be formed for large molds by parting injection through using the clamping pressure of the press machine.

      Electromagnetic induction heating device

      The electromagnetic induction heating system of ROCTOOL whose headquarters is located in France is installed. H&C molding can be performed by either press molding or injection molding.
