ASANO's independent profit management of small group is a system that company is divided into small groups(divisions) and it is run independently for it to act lively. Each group has a clear role and responsibility, and by acting independently, Asano as a whole is a group of small groups with autonomy. In each group, there is a manager(group leader) who give responsibility and authority to people, things, money, etc. like company managements. a group leaders is responsible for the profitability of his/her group, is always interested in the market for the products he/she is responsible for, collect product information, and is ready to respond immediately to market movements.
Thanks to "fully transparent management" where all employees can learn in numbers result of their activities and company management situation, We carry out “management with full participation” so that each employee can feel that they are supporting the company by sharing and solving problems by all. There is an idea in small group independent profit management basically that only managers do not manage and employees do not do only what they are indicated but all employees join company management by collecting on-the spot wisdom, do the better job and make better both company and individuals as a result.
