At our company, BIW (Body In White) assembly is performed with high quality and accuracy through the use of robots, high-performance timers, and servo guns. In addition, by preparing a program in advance using offline teaching, teaching that would otherwise take an enormous amount of time can be greatly shortened, enabling shortened assembly periods. Installation of lid components is performed by full-time workers certified in-house to deliver high-quality bodies to customers.
